As Client Relationship Officer for five years in a healthcare provider, I managed patient records, assisted members with their health benefits, scheduled laboratory tests and medical procedures, and addressed inquiries related to hospitalization. I also delivered presentations to companies on their health benefits and handled the processing new proposals and policy renewals. In addition, I also have my background as a Broker Support involved in processing loan applications, collating documents, providing customer service, and liaising with various lenders and third parties to get the loan settled.
