Throughout my work experience, I have developed strong organizational and project management skills, enabling me to complete tasks efficiently and professionally. My experience liaising with various lenders and third parties has strengthened my coordination and communication skills, expertise that I can apply when working with stakeholders across the company. As Client Relationship Officer for five years in a healthcare provider, I managed patient records, assisted members with their health benefits, scheduled laboratory tests and medical procedures, and addressed inquiries related to hospitalization. I also delivered presentations to companies on their health benefits and handled the processing new proposals and policy renewals. In addition, I also have my background as a Broker Support involved in processing loan applications, collating documents, providing customer service, and liaising with various lenders and third parties to get the loan settled.
