Optional analytics is off until you accept it. Accept all enables analytics; Reject optional leaves only essential storage. Customize lets you choose analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear storage or we change the consent version. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current visit.

Withdrawing analytics reloads the page to remove the recorder, so save any unfinished form first. We remove this site’s accessible Clarity cookies and experiment assignment. Withdrawal does not undo requests already sent, erase recordings already collected, or delete cookies owned by Microsoft’s other domains; you can remove those through your browser settings.

Essential and requested features

• top_marketing_cookie_consent: local storage holding your versioned choice and date for up to 180 days.
• top_marketing_hero_audience: remembers the audience you explicitly select.
• top-saved-talents: remembers talent profiles you save. These feature preferences remain until you change them or clear browser storage.

Browsing, searching and submitting forms you choose remain available without analytics. Requested talent videos load from Cloudflare Stream or Firebase when opened; these providers receive connection information to deliver the video. Sign-in and account creation take you to TOP Jobs; this marketing site does not delete or control that app’s authentication storage.

Optional analytics

Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings, heatmaps and interaction measurement, including page paths, clicks and hero experiment information. It loads only after analytics permission. The site sends no queued interactions from before your choice. We request analytics storage only and keep Clarity advertising storage denied.

• _clck and _clsk: Clarity identifiers and session grouping cookies on this site or its parent domain; their expiry is set by Microsoft. Clarity may also use _cltk session storage, removed on withdrawal.
• __ab_test_top_marketing_hero_ab_test_v1_variant__: local storage remembering the hero experiment variant, used only while analytics permission remains valid.

Clarity connects to Microsoft domains including clarity.ms. Earlier versions of this site also produced cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com (CLID, MUID, MR, SM, SRM_B and ANONCHK). Those third-party cookies cannot be deleted by this site. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for its processing and retention.

Marketing and email

No separate advertising pixel or Google Analytics loader is installed in this site. A compatibility event hook for Google Analytics is consent-gated if that service is added later; any new tracker requires an inventory and notice review. Resource-download email marketing consent is separate from cookie consent. Rejecting cookies does not subscribe or unsubscribe you from email.
