I worked as a customer service representative where I answered the questions every customers have and I also worked as an English tutor teaching Korean students foundational English skills, including grammar, pronunciation, and natural conversational English. I provided daily written feedback to keep parents informed of students’ progress and prepared monthly evaluations outlining students’ improvements, achievements, and areas for development. I also set clear learning goals for each student to guide progress for the following month. I'm a person who has great attention to details I always double check everything to make sure nothing goes wrong, I also have great communication skill in both verbal and written, I'm also someone who can work under minimal supervision and can work in graveyard schedule.
