AI Automation Specialist with 7+ years in business operations, including 5+ years leading branch operations and collections management for a Philippine retail and financing company. I build end to end automation systems using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and GoHighLevel, backed by AI agents built on OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. At my own branch, I designed and ran production automations including a Telegram based collections assistant and a Facebook payment monitoring bot for real day to day operations.
