I am a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with 10 years of experience and worked for a variety of general builders, sub and main contractors for residential, commercial and industrial structures. Clients I've worked with are from local, Australia and US Specializing in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including material takeoff, contract management and preparation, cost plan, bill of quantity preparation, preparation of billing/claims, procurement, project planning and implementation. I use Bluebeam Revu, Planswift, and Cubit Pro (per client license) for quantity take-off. I have also acquired expertise in 2D drafting and 3D rendering using different computer-aided software such as; AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray and Lumion. For my local and international clients, I offer engineering services, such as; ✔️ Preparation of plan and design (for building permit) ✔️ Building perspective and interior design ✔️ Preparation of Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates ✔️ Contract preparation ✔️ Construction and consultancy I have many more skills that are applicable for the construction industry and marketing such as administrative and creative skills.
