I've been in this BPO company for 3 years. I've become top agents back then; our role is to answer call from the truck Driver in Australia. The account is Visy Weighbridge; it's a Recycling company in Australia. Our maximum AHT per each call is 45 sec only. Aside of taking calls we do Admin task as well such as doing clients emails, Microsoft lodging etc.
