I have over 16 years of professional experience across manufacturing, customer service, virtual assistance, social media management, sales, real estate, and game testing. I started my career in the manufacturing industry as a Mechanical Technician and later as a Manufacturing Technologist, where I operated machines, handled troubleshooting, and ensured quality and safety standards were consistently met. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant providing non-voice customer service, managing online and drive-thru orders to help reduce the workload of onsite staff while ensuring order accuracy and efficient operations. In addition, I have experience as a Social Media Manager and Store Manager where I handled daily business operations and created content for Facebook and TikTok using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI tools. I also have knowledge of GoHighLevel for funnels and basic marketing automation. Additionally, I worked as a Freelance Real Estate Agent assisting clients with property inquiries, lead generation, and closing support. I’ve also worked as a Game Tester where I tested gameplay, identified bugs, and reported issues to help improve user experience.
