Hello, good day. My name is Khay. I have several years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, and project cost management. Currently, I’m working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer, where I handle project estimates, variation costs, bid preparation, and coordination with contractors and suppliers to help make sure projects stay within budget and on schedule. For my take-offs and estimating work, I regularly use PlanSwift and Bluebeam to measure drawings accurately and prepare detailed cost estimates. These tools help me work faster while still maintaining accuracy and consistency. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in cost evaluation, material take-offs, budgeting, and construction documentation. I’m very detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, especially when working under deadlines or solving project challenges.
