I’m a Licensed Radiologic Technologist with 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting and 3 years experience in Clinical Process Outsourcing. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert from a Clinical Communications Specialist position. I have garnered and honed the skills in multitasking as I am assisting radiologists in processing radiology reports in the hospital emergency rooms and clinics. I do inbound and outbound calls, chat support, and manage email and schedule of radiologists. I update doctors and healthcare providers affiliated with our radiologists about the delivery and communication of radiology reports to ordering physicians and providers using various EHR/EMR systems but use Radiology Information System on a daily basis. I also communicate with their patients and ordering providers with their schedule and availability. So, managing tasks swiftly while maintaining topnotch quality of work for doctors is my expert skill. After all, as a healthcare professional, it is a must to prioritize patient care.
