I am a BS Psychology graduate from FEU Manila, graduating Cum Laude in 2022. In 2023, I passed the Licensure Exam and became a Registered Psychometrician. I started my career in the recruitment industry in 2024, specializing in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and coordinating the hiring process. With over a year of experience, I have developed a blend of working both in-person and remotely, adapting to flexible work environments. I focus on matching the right candidates to the right roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process that supports organizational growth. Outside recruitment, I am a dedicated daughter who supports my family in every way I can. I believe that strong family ties inspire me to grow both personally and professionally. In my free time, I enjoy staying active through jogging, playing badminton, and hiking, which help me maintain balance and stay motivated in my career journey.
