I’m Julie, and I’ve been in talent sourcing for over 10 years now. I’ve worked on roles across the US and Europe, mostly in industries like IT, engineering, healthcare, commercial, renewable energy and data centres. I really enjoy the hunt—using Boolean searches, job boards, and different tools to connect with the right people. I’ve also trained new hires and supported teams, which I find rewarding. I’d say I’m persistent when it comes to tough roles, but also collaborative. I like working with people to get the best results. And outside work, I’m a mom, so balancing career and family has really helped me become more patient and focused.
