My work includes handling claims, processing invoices, coordinating with trucking partners, and managing dispatch activities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills from years of coordinating between clients, carriers, and internal teams. Before moving into logistics, I gained experience in eCommerce support, where I learned to manage online transactions, customer concerns, and product fulfillment processes. I take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to different roles and systems. My background has helped me build a solid understanding of both customer service and operations, making me comfortable working in fast-paced, team-driven environments.
