Hi, I’m Jerome Quincena, an Experienced Quantity Surveyor for international projects in New Zealand and Japan. I’ve worked on cost estimation, tendering, and quantity take-offs for residential, commerical and industrial projects. I’m very hands-on with excel, technical drawings (such as architectural, structural and hydraulics) and takeoff softwares like Bluebeam and PlanSwift. In my previous role, I helped improve our cost take-off workflow, leading to faster and more accurate estimates across multiple projects.
