I started my recruitment career in 2022, and since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience in end-to-end, offshore, and volume recruitment across different industries. My first role was with Varitek, where I managed the full recruitment process, posting job ads, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, compliance checks, and onboarding. I worked on a wide range of roles like Healthcare, Learning and Development, Administrative, IT, Culinary, and Industrial. That experience taught me flexibility and confidence in handling different job types. After Varitek, I briefly joined IMS as a Senior Recruiter. It was a short stay, but it gave me exposure to technical roles like Payroll Officers and Accountants. Most recently, I worked with Trojan Recruitment Group as a Recruitment Officer, handling blue-collar roles like pick packers, forklift operators, electricians, and freight handlers. This exposed me to high-volume recruitment and strict compliance processes, which align well with Australian recruitment standards. With my experience in full-cycle recruitment, I can help source and screen top talent efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience. I’m detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, which helps me meet deadlines and maintain quality even in high-volume hiring. I have solid experience in full-cycle recruitment across different markets, and this role fits perfectly with my skills in sourcing, screening, and managing pipelines. Outside work, I enjoy creating TikTok videos, going to the gym, and jogging. I love spending time with my dogs, they’re my stress relievers. I also enjoy watching series and movies with friends and family. When I have extra time, I play table tennis and experiment with cooking new dishes.
