With over a decade of experience in both recruitment and training, I’ve built a career around helping people thrive—starting from the moment they’re hired to the day they grow into their roles and beyond. After earning my AB Psychology degree from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, I began my career in HR, where I handled end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers and onboarding. At Rustan Supercenters Inc., I worked as a Recruitment Specialist, managing hires across various levels and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Prior to that, as an HR Assistant at AirPhil Express, I supported interview coordination and benefits processing, giving me a strong foundation in HR operations. As my career progressed, I naturally transitioned into training and development, eventually becoming a Senior Training Specialist at AllValue Corp. Today, I design learning experiences that support business goals—delivering in-person and eLearning sessions, enhancing customer service skills, and aligning teams with product and sales knowledge. I also had the opportunity to serve in training roles at Maxicare Healthcare, Rustan’s, Avaloq, and more—developing programs that empower both new hires and seasoned employees. I believe recruitment and training go hand in hand: finding the right people is just the beginning—equipping them to succeed is where the real impact happens. I bring with me not just skills in training design and facilitation, but also a strong sense of empathy and understanding from years of interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding professionals.
