I'm a Senior Product Manager with an unconventional foundation. Before formally stepping into product in 2021, I spent 15 years across customer service, administration, UX design, and accessibility. That background shapes how I work today. I bring a designer's eye to every product decision, with deep roots in user research, so usability is never an afterthought, it's part of how I define the problem from day one. I've owned products end to end across ride-hailing, e-commerce, and healthtech, translating executive priorities into phased, high-impact delivery plans without losing sight of the people actually using what we build.
