Hi! I'm Annie Pearl Alcayde, 42 years old, and a Mom of four beautiful kids. I have around four years of experience in the BPO industry. I started my career in 2014 with Haband at Cybercity Teleservices Inc./IQOR Teleservices, where i handled order calls and learned how to deliver excellent customer service. In 2015, I joined Sutherland Global Services under a financial account, assisting customers with billing concerns. Then in 2022, I worked with Alorica Davao for the Under Armour account, focusing on order entry and customer service. I also had worked as a Freelance Liaison Officer from 2019 to present, in the construction industry focusing on processing billings and building permits and clearances. I also had a three months experience teaching at a daycare center. And I decided to take a break from my job to focus on my kids, but now that they are growing up, I'm ready and excited to get back to the workforce. I've always been a hardworking Mom and dedicated person. I take pride in giving my best in everything I do. I'm open to new opportunities and willing to be trained, because I believe there's always something new to learn. I also enjoy working with others - I'm a team player who values good communication and cooperation. Overall, I'm looking forward to growing again in my career, contributing to a company's success, and building new experiences along the way.
