While my educational background is in IT, my professional experience has been focused on customer service and sales within the banking industry. I have 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative for a local account, 4 years in sales in the BPO industry, and 3 years as an Inbound Customer Service Representative on the night shift. Throughout these roles, I gained strong expertise in addressing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through active listening, empathy, and clear communication. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and making clients feel valued. I am now looking to expand my career as well
