I am a confident and articulate professional with over 16 months of experience in customer service, public speaking, and visa consulting. In my previous roles, I've developed strong verbal communication and persuasive skills, which I've used to build rapport with clients and handle objections with professionalism. My experience includes working in high-volume call environments, where I consistently met key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.  As a Customer Service Representative, I handled a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, using active listening to resolve customer issues. I also participated in sales campaigns, upselling and promoting offers when appropriate. In my role as a Visa Consultant and Travel Assistant, I guided clients through complex travel and visa processes, from planning personalized itineraries to managing booking logistics and visa applications. I am skilled in using tools like Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Airbnb to find cost-effective travel solutions.  I am currently a student at University Of St.La Salle where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am looking to use my customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to engage prospects in a Cold Caller or Sales Development role.
