My role is very sourcing-heavy — I spend most of my time building pipelines, mapping talent, and reaching out to passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Seek. I also handle CRM and ATS management, making sure candidate data, notes, and workflows are accurate and organized. Beyond sourcing, I support consultants by managing their LinkedIn profiles, coordinating outreach, and helping streamline recruitment processes so everything runs more efficiently. What I enjoy most about my work is the mix of strategy and people — it’s not just about filling roles but understanding the market, identifying the right talent, and creating a smooth experience for both candidates and clients. Before moving into recruitment, I had experience in customer support and data validation, which helped me build strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced work environments.
