We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, experienced sales professional to help fuel that growth.

At The Outsource People (TOP), we connect global businesses with top-tier talent in the Philippines. Now we need someone who can consistently open doors and generate high-quality opportunities for our team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating new business opportunities daily
  • Prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Building and managing your own pipeline of leads
  • Booking qualified meetings for our sales team
  • Working closely with leadership to refine outreach and messaging

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using LinkedIn and other channels to generate leads
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and results-driven

What success looks like:

  • Consistent flow of qualified meetings booked each week
  • Strong pipeline contribution to the business
  • Proactive approach to testing and improving outreach strategies
