About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate Resourcing: Candidate research and acquisition including researching list and contacts.
- Candidate Engagement: Sending emails and other non-voice communication methods to secure initial leads to be passed through to an employee of the client to qualify.
- Candidate Compliance: Process, chase, and collate all candidate requirements for job compliance.
- Job Advertising: Writing and posting advertisements through numerous platforms for specific positions.
- Database & Systems Tracking: Creating and updating internal databases including job requirements, candidate profile, etc.
- Leads Generation & Mapping: Potential client research including researching list, contacts, and mapping.
- Social Media Posting: Providing brand presence to the market through posting content on company and consultant's social pages.
- Ad Hoc Support: other administrative tasks may be requested.

Job Requirements
- Ideally, has at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomously driven and goal-oriented
- Tech savvy that can work on computer-based tasks
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop
- Living within or near Metro Manila
- Willing to work in Australian Day Shift (6:00am-2:00pm/7:00am-3pm) Mon - Fri
