About the Role
Candidate Sourcer
We are looking for a Candidate Sourcer to support our recruiters by finding quality candidates for open jobs.
The role is focused on using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and our JobAdder database to search for suitable candidates based on each job description.
You will use Boolean searches to identify relevant candidates and add them to the correct open jobs in JobAdder for recruiters to contact.
This is a sourcing-only role. There are no phone calls, no emails to candidates, no interviews and no client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review open job descriptions and understand the candidate requirements
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and JobAdder to find suitable candidates
- Build and refine Boolean searches
- Add quality candidates to the correct open jobs in JobAdder
- Avoid adding unsuitable or duplicate candidates
- Take feedback from recruiters to improve search quality
Ideal Candidate
The right person is detail-oriented, accurate and good at online searching. They can read a job description, understand what the recruiter needs, and find relevant candidates quickly.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, JobAdder or Boolean searching is highly regarded.
