Recruiter

We’re hiring a recruiter to work on a small number of hospitality roles (chefs, FOH, supervisors) for select clients.

This is a quality-focused role working on important roles for a select few clients in Australian cities.

What you’ll do

• Source and shortlist strong hospitality candidates
• Use Seek, LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidate profiles
• Review profiles (including video) and assess fit
• Share candidates with clients and manage feedback

What we’re looking for

• Recruitment experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong English communication
• Good judgment on candidate quality and fit
• Self-managed and reliable
