About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support an Australian property management team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of residential property portfolios while delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Property Managers with the daily management of residential portfolios
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, landlords, and trades
- Schedule routine, entry, and exit inspections
- Prepare lease renewals and tenancy documentation
- Monitor rental arrears and assist with follow-ups
- Process invoices and maintain accurate property records
- Update property management software and CRM systems
- Prepare owner and tenant correspondence
- General administrative support as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Australian property management or real estate administration
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
