We’re currently working with a number of international clients looking to bring on reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support their day-to-day operations.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working remotely with global teams and can adapt across a range of business functions depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inboxes, calendars, and scheduling
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
- Updating CRMs and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with customer support (email and chat)
- Supporting basic marketing and social media tasks
- Conducting research and preparing reports
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with international clients and time zones
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, etc.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
